Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead design efforts across architectural and interior detailing projects.
  • Prepare concept sketches, plans, elevations, and detailed design documents.
  • Analyze building codes to ensure compliance and project alignment.
  • Coordinate with engineering disciplines for seamless system integration.
  • Document and participate in project meetings for effective communication.
  • Conduct site walkthroughs and documentation during project phases.
  • Manage construction site meetings and prepare punch lists.
  • Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture from an accredited program required.
  • Architecture license required for Project Architect; not required for Project Designer.
  • Proficiency with Revit, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite essential.
  • Strong design orientation and organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience in producing construction documents and interior/exterior detailing.
  • Knowledge of building codes and client facility standards required.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities highly valued.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team environment essential.
