Overview

  • Lead and oversee diverse construction projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely completion in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage project scope, budgets, and schedules effectively.
  • Develop innovative strategies to optimize construction processes and enhance project outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations across all phases of construction.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff and Assistant Project Managers to support their professional development.
  • Monitor project performance and implement proactive solutions to address challenges effectively.
  • Contribute to the strategic growth and innovation of the construction division.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success and quality standards.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and cost estimates for effective management and tracking.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Resolve issues or conflicts during construction to maintain project momentum and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout all phases of project execution.
  • Ensure strict compliance with environmental and safety regulations at all times.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 10 years preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools for effective planning and execution.
