Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and execute architectural designs tailored to workplace, retail, and developer-focused projects.
• Collaborate with team members to produce high-quality design deliverables and presentations.
• Participate in client meetings to present and refine design concepts effectively.
• Support senior project managers in strategic planning and project management tasks.
• Ensure compliance with architectural standards and regulations throughout all project phases.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design; 10 years preferred.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp is essential.
• Strong knowledge of workplace and retail architectural design principles.
• Experience in landlord/developer-focused projects is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing onsite and remote tasks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for client and team interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision.
