Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts, including Master Services Agreements and Supply Agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational policies.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors to facilitate contract approvals and feedback integration.
- Monitor contractual deadlines and coordinate necessary actions with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance.
- Process contract requests independently or with legal counsel, providing informed recommendations to mitigate risks.
- Support contract execution processes and maintain accurate data within contract management systems.
- Develop tools and strategies to enhance efficiency and client service within the legal and contracts team.
- Provide training to internal clients on contract-related policies and procedures to ensure compliance and understanding.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, preferably in business or law.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and management; 7 years preferred.
- Proficiency in contract management systems, such as Agiloft, is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of contract language, obligations, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience in preparing redlines and negotiating terms in contracts is essential.
