Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee fund accounting, tax processes, and financial reporting with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
  • Review fund expenses and accruals, ensuring precision in month-end close activities.
  • Coordinate audits and tax filings, collaborating with internal teams and external administrators.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, investor reports, and tax materials.
  • Manage capital calls and distributions, including carried interest and investor allocations.
  • Support valuation processes by reviewing portfolio models and quarterly assessments.
  • Engage in regulatory reporting and cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles; 4 years preferred.
  • Certified Public Accountant designation preferred for advanced proficiency.
  • Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with AI tools is advantageous.
  • Experience in private equity, venture capital, or alternative asset management is beneficial.
