Overview
- Manage and coordinate loan trade settlements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless execution of transactions.
- Collaborate with agents, counterparties, and internal teams to achieve settlement objectives efficiently.
- Prepare, review, and execute trade documents, including assignment agreements and funding memos.
- Monitor cash flows, ensuring effective communication between trustees and treasury departments.
- Support audits, bond settlements, and special projects to meet organizational goals.
- Contribute to procedural updates and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Navigate complex corporate structures and coordinate tax form requests as required.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, including Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee settlement processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely fund disbursement.
- Prepare and review legal documentation, including credit agreements and loan parameters.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate efficient settlement operations.
- Support audits and contribute to departmental initiatives and projects.

- Administer portfolio tasks, ensuring compliance and accuracy in daily operations.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in loan settlements; 3 years preferred.
- Proficiency in ClearPar and familiarity with LSTA trade documentation is advantageous.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for effective data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of broadly syndicated loans and credit agreements is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address complex challenges.
- Ability to excel in an on-site, collaborative work environment while managing priorities.
