Job Description

Overview

  • Lead on-site construction operations for diverse commercial projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project alignment.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor schedules, budgets, and progress to achieve project objectives.
  • Provide leadership to on-site teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
  • Prepare detailed reports and updates for management on project status.
  • Address and resolve on-site challenges promptly to minimize disruptions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
