Overview

• Lead on-site construction operations for diverse commercial projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in construction preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction supervision experience; 10 years preferred.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects and adhere to strict deadlines.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
