Overview

  • Lead high-profile interior design projects, ensuring innovative solutions and exceptional quality from concept to completion.

  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, including NCIDQ, and best practices in all projects.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and implement interior design projects aligned with client objectives and timelines.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Create comprehensive design documentation, including specifications, drawings, and material selections.
  • Lead project meetings, providing updates and addressing client and team inquiries.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related challenges.
  • Evaluate and integrate design trends and innovations to enhance project outcomes.
  • Ensure projects adhere to budgets and timelines while maintaining design integrity.
  • Foster collaboration and communication across teams to optimize project success.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience; 10 years preferred.
  • NCIDQ certification is mandatory for this role.
  • Proficiency in Revit software for design and documentation is essential.
  • Strong expertise in hospitality design and project management is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and mentor junior designers effectively.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate with diverse teams.
