Overview

  • Drive architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring innovative designs and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver functional and aesthetically compelling solutions.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Utilize advanced design software, including Revit, for precise project documentation.
  • Oversee construction phases, ensuring compliance with architectural plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and manage comprehensive architectural project plans aligned with client requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to achieve project objectives.
  • Create detailed drawings and specifications using Revit and other design tools.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing challenges to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
  • Conduct site visits to verify construction aligns with design intent and standards.
  • Facilitate team meetings to discuss updates, resolve issues, and maintain alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Provide stakeholders with regular updates on project status and milestones.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural project management; 12 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit software for design and documentation purposes.
  • Strong background in commercial construction; healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and project execution.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills to drive project success.
  • Effective communication skills for client and team interactions.
  • Architectural licensure is preferred but not mandatory.
