Overview

  • Lead accounting operations, ensuring compliance, scalability, and efficiency across financial processes and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established protocols.
  • Utilize ERP systems and automation tools to optimize accounting workflows and data management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across accounting functions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators to assess and improve accounting performance.
  • Provide detailed budget variance analyses and recommendations to stakeholders for process optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, preparing for future SOX requirements and audits.
  • Support organizational budgeting processes with accurate financial inputs and strategic analysis.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required; CPA certification preferred.
  • 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, including managerial roles.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced financial reporting tools.
  • Experience with automation tools and AI workflows in accounting processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities.
