Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assemble and solder electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) following industry standards and specifications.
  • Fabricate and terminate cables, wiring harnesses, and connectors with precision and attention to detail.
  • Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of electronic systems and circuits.
  • Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings to ensure accurate assembly and testing.
  • Utilize test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators effectively.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to refine and enhance electronic system designs and production processes.
  • Document testing procedures, modifications, and repairs meticulously to maintain accurate production records.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards in all assembly and testing activities.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in electronics assembly, testing, or troubleshooting; 5 years preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings accurately.
  • Proficiency in using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership in tasks.
  • Effective verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Preferred certifications include IPC-A-620 and/or IPC-A-610.
