Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage client deliverables, ensuring alignment with partnership agreements and expectations.
- Review and oversee complex fund calculations, including carried interest and waterfall models.

- Coordinate capital call and distribution processes, ensuring timely execution.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting or related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in private equity or public accounting.
- Proficiency in fund accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Excel, and Investran.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in complex fund calculations and reporting.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
