Overview

  • Lead construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define project scope, allocate resources, and resolve challenges effectively.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions to achieve objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and client requirements throughout project execution.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to drive project success and satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency.
  • Support team development through mentorship, training, and skill-building initiatives to strengthen organizational capabilities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout, ensuring successful delivery.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met effectively.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities, address challenges, and ensure quality standards.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to align project objectives and resolve conflicts.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and projects effectively.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders and ensure alignment.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is preferred and highly valued.
