Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead the planning and design phases of healthcare facility projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to achieve project milestones efficiently.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to gather critical data for project development.
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications using industry-standard software.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree is required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare facility planning and design.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, building codes, and sustainable design practices.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle complex projects.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging clients and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience with LEED certification and sustainable design principles is preferred.
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed for project requirements.
