Overview

  • Lead architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring innovative designs and exceptional execution for diverse commercial and residential developments.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and oversee architectural designs for diverse commercial and residential projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and aesthetic goals.

  • Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and presentations using AutoCAD and Revit software.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree is required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software for creating detailed architectural plans.
  • Licensed Architect with proven expertise in commercial and residential projects.
  • Strong client-facing skills to establish and maintain productive relationships.
  • Excellent knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Experience mentoring junior architects and fostering a collaborative team environment.
