Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and oversee architectural designs for diverse commercial and residential projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and aesthetic goals.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including contractors and consultants, to achieve project milestones effectively.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and presentations using AutoCAD and Revit software.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Lead project meetings to communicate updates, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum.
• Ensure all designs meet safety standards, regulatory requirements, and sustainable practices.
• Provide expert advice on architectural trends, materials, and innovative design approaches.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software for creating detailed architectural plans.
• Licensed Architect with proven expertise in commercial and residential projects.
• Strong client-facing skills to establish and maintain productive relationships.
• Excellent knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
• Experience mentoring junior architects and fostering a collaborative team environment.
