Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead multifamily construction projects from initiation to completion, managing schedules, budgets, and resources.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; certifications in construction management are advantageous.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management, preferably in multifamily projects.
• Proven track record of managing ground-up construction projects exceeding $30M.
• Strong understanding of construction codes, safety regulations, and project management tools.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
