Overview
- Lead fund accounting operations for investment strategies, ensuring compliance with financial standards and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise accounting teams managing diverse fund portfolios and separate accounts.
- Oversee monthly portfolio closings, including pricing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Review and approve quarterly and annual financial statements under U.S. GAAP.
- Ensure adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley controls and financial reporting standards.
- Research and implement new accounting pronouncements and technical guidance.
- Provide insights into fund performance and consolidated financial data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address ad-hoc reporting requests and strategic initiatives.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Minimum of 12 years in fund accounting or financial management roles.
- Preferred 14 years of experience in private equity or investment fund accounting.
- Expertise in U.S. GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance standards.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Experience in financial statement preparation and performance analysis.
- Strong analytical skills for researching and applying technical accounting guidance.
