Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Associate degree in construction management or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent; 7 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing ground-up light industrial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in construction project management software and tools.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and resolve challenges.
