Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address challenges proactively.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; certifications in construction management preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction management; 5 years preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale projects within the AEC sector.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
