Overview

  • Lead architectural design processes, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations while delivering innovative solutions for diverse projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align designs with client expectations and project goals.
  • Utilize advanced software tools, including Revit, to produce precise architectural drawings and models.
  • Contribute to the development of boutique apartments and mixed-use projects, emphasizing quality and creativity.
  • Participate in all project phases, from conceptual design to final detailing and coordination.
  • Engage in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote flexibility with on-site collaboration.
  • Support the team in achieving project milestones and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Draft and detail architectural designs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
  • Coordinate with project managers and clients to refine designs and meet project objectives.

  • Assist in client presentations, showcasing design concepts and solutions effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree is required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience, with 8 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit software for drafting, detailing, and modeling is essential.
  • Experience with mixed-use and boutique apartment projects is highly advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of wood frame and podium construction methods is required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
