Job Description

Overview

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior partners in a fast-paced law firm environment.
  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and daily workflows for senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate office operations, including reception coverage and administrative tasks.
  • Assist with financial management tasks, including expense reporting and check deposits.
  • Support firm-wide initiatives and collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain organized records and adhere to firm policies and controls.
  • Contribute to a professional and collaborative work environment with a focus on excellence.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide administrative support to partners, including calendar management and scheduling.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements with attention to detail.
  • Process partner expenses and ensure compliance with financial policies.
  • Perform reception duties, including greeting guests and managing calls.
  • Assist with office operations, ensuring smooth daily functionality.
  • Collaborate on special projects and contribute to firm-wide initiatives.
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality while handling sensitive information.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant in a law firm.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with timekeeping systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work on-site full-time and support firm operations seamlessly.
