Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience managing multifamily, mixed-use, or hospitality construction projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-value construction projects exceeding $30M.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills for effective team and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools for efficient planning and execution.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and sustainable practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with flexibility and adaptability.
