Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Analyze campaign metrics using advanced tools, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure impactful campaign execution and resource allocation.
  • Transition campaign management from external agencies to in-house teams for streamlined operations and enhanced control.
  • Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, A/B testing, and market research to drive innovation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support both in-store and e-commerce sales initiatives through targeted campaigns.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and expertise.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in paid social media marketing, preferably in retail or agency settings.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, product catalog management, and audience targeting strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in MMM, brand lift studies, and test/control experiments.
  • Familiarity with MarTech tools for campaign automation and optimization is preferred.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and optimizing advertising spend effectively.
  • Relevant certifications from platforms like Facebook Blueprint or Google Ads/Analytics are advantageous.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
