Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; advanced certifications in construction management are advantageous.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction projects; 12 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in managing projects within light industrial, healthcare, or higher education sectors.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and safety management practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and projects.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred, demonstrating a commitment to safety excellence.
