Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and trusts with precision and compliance.
  • Manage tax-related documents and processes to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to regulations.
  • Support audits and address federal and state tax notices with professionalism and expertise.
  • Develop quarterly tax projections and estimates to assist clients in strategic financial planning.
  • Contribute to special projects aimed at enhancing client outcomes and operational workflows.
  • Leverage advanced tax software tools to streamline tax preparation and compliance tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to refine processes and deliver superior services.
  • Stay informed on evolving tax regulations and industry trends to implement best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Master of Laws in Taxation or equivalent advanced degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in tax compliance and advisory services.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and specialized tax software such as CCH ProSystem FX.
  • Strong understanding of tax regulations for high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, and trusts.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills for managing complex tax matters.
  • Experience with international taxation is advantageous but not mandatory.
