Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited institution is required.
  • Architectural Registration or equivalent certification is preferred, showcasing professional qualifications.
  • Minimum of 3 years of architectural experience; 5 years preferred for advanced roles.
  • Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam software for design and documentation tasks is essential.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills to drive project success.
  • Ability to oversee projects from conceptual design through construction phases effectively.
