Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise and manage nursing staff within inpatient and intensive care units.
- Develop and implement policies to ensure efficient unit operations.
- Coordinate patient care activities to optimize outcomes and satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for nursing staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance care delivery processes.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, with 2 years in critical care.
- Unrestricted RN license in Colorado or eligibility to obtain before start.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC; additional certifications preferred.
- Experience with EPIC systems and bilingual Spanish skills are advantageous.
- Leadership experience in nursing management roles preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage operations.
