Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent is required for this role.
- Valid Driver's License to operate vehicles is mandatory for transportation tasks.
- Minimum of one year experience working with OPWDD populations is preferred.
- Completion of OPWDD Medication Certification, CPR, First Aid, and SCIP-R training is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist individuals with mobility needs.
- Role requires standing and walking for extended periods; non-sedentary work environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and overnight schedules.
