Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for construction projects.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of milestones.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with specifications.
  • Resolve technical issues related to engineering aspects of construction projects.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations throughout project phases.
  • Mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
  • Collaborate with design teams to optimize construction processes and achieve efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
  • Proficiency in civil and foundational engineering principles and applications.
  • Experience with construction projects ranging from $500k to $30M in scope.
  • Preferred experience in specialized construction projects, though not mandatory.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
