Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree in Nursing required.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Certification in Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nursing (WOCN) preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of clinical RN experience in acute care settings.
- Preferred 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare management roles.
- Strong understanding of healthcare standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in quality improvement methodologies and evidence-based nursing practices.
