Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead business development efforts for designated practice areas, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

- Prepare comprehensive proposals, pitch materials, and responses to RFPs to secure new business opportunities.

- Oversee the submission process for directories and awards, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment.
- Maintain and enhance databases and reporting systems to track and analyze business development activities.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development within professional services; 6 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing-related databases.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey strategic approaches effectively.
