Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead the preconstruction process, including design reviews, budgeting, and scheduling for diverse projects.

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and manage value engineering efforts to optimize project budgets.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in preconstruction management; 10 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and scheduling software tools.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
  • Knowledge of construction methodologies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
