Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; certifications in construction management preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of construction management experience; 15 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing ground-up projects across various sectors.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards, building codes, and construction regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
