Overview

  • Lead ground-up light industrial construction projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely completion.
  • Coordinate with diverse teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders for seamless project execution.
  • Oversee on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Travel extensively to manage multiple projects, providing consistent oversight and leadership.
  • Foster collaboration and productivity within project teams, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Ensure project milestones are met within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and records for all project activities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing issues to minimize delays and cost overruns.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in light industrial projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with quality and efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to mentor and guide teams effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to oversee project sites as required.
