Job Description

Overview

  • Provide essential administrative support to HR operations, ensuring seamless onboarding and employee engagement processes.
  • Assist HR leadership with scheduling, documentation, and communication tasks to optimize team efficiency.
  • Maintain organized employee records and support compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive workplace environment through effective administrative practices.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, meetings, and employee recognition initiatives.

  • Support HR systems management, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and training sessions for HR operations.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.
  • Manage and update employee records in HRIS systems with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support administrative aspects of benefits, compliance, and employee engagement activities.
  • Track and organize HR documentation to ensure compliance and accessibility.
  • Coordinate logistics for training programs, information sessions, and engagement events.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards in all HR-related tasks.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to implement operational improvements and initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 1–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in HR or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience in Human Services, Healthcare, or Nonprofit environments is preferred.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines effectively.
