Overview

  • Lead strategic initiatives to optimize enterprise desktop and application solutions within a dynamic IT environment.

  • Manage deployment and maintenance of software across diverse physical and virtual desktop infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Design, implement, and manage enterprise desktop and application solutions tailored to organizational needs.
  • Deploy and configure software across physical and virtual environments, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address technical bottlenecks and challenges.
  • Collaborate with vendors to integrate and support enterprise applications effectively.
  • Document technical processes and configurations for streamlined future reference and compliance.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and team capability enhancement.
  • Optimize operating systems and policies to enhance security and user experience.
  • Contribute to strategic IT initiatives, driving innovation and operational excellence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in systems engineering or application integration.
  • Proficiency in Windows OS customization, Group Policy, and Intune policy configuration.
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 Suite and enterprise troubleshooting tools.
  • Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Citrix.
  • Advanced skills in PowerShell and SQL for system automation and optimization.
  • Knowledge of legal applications and collaboration software integration is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on technical documentation.
