Overview

  • Drive operational excellence in a hybrid investment environment, optimizing workflows for multi-family office operations and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with investment professionals to enhance portfolio strategies and implement sustainable investment practices.
  • Leverage technology to streamline reporting and reconciliation processes, improving data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Contribute to ESG initiatives and tax-loss harvesting efforts, aligning operations with client goals.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of investment managers, ensuring seamless transitions and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain organized documentation systems and provide operational support for compliance reporting.
  • Engage with fund managers, administrators, and legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness.
  • Balance remote and on-site responsibilities in a flexible hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Distribute investment-related documentation and communications to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with external service providers, including fund managers, custodians, and compliance teams.
  • Oversee reconciliation and archiving of investment statements and records, maintaining data integrity.
  • Support legal and anti-money laundering processes related to investment operations.
  • Monitor updates related to investments, ensuring compliance with amendments and elections.
  • Contribute to ESG reporting and tax-loss harvesting processes to support sustainable investment goals.
  • Provide operational support for ad-hoc investment-related initiatives and projects.
  • Collaborate with compliance teams to uphold industry regulations and standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field is required.
  • 7-10 years of experience in investment operations or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Adobe tools.
  • Knowledge of private equity, hedge funds, and diverse investment structures.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a focused team environment.
