Senior Project Manager

Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Coordinate and oversee all phases of construction projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Monitor project progress, addressing challenges and implementing proactive solutions effectively.
• Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for approval and execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and compliance with quality standards.

• Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction project management roles.
• Preferred 15 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects successfully.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for effective planning and execution.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities to drive project success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project requirements effectively.
