Job Requirements

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in primary care, with 5 years preferred for senior-level expertise.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and communication.
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and value-based healthcare delivery principles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to achieve clinical goals.
