Job Description

Overview

  • Provide front desk support, greeting guests and directing calls professionally.
  • Assist with conference room scheduling and messenger service coordination.
  • Maintain organization of mailroom and copy rooms daily.
  • Sort and distribute mail deliveries efficiently.
  • Order office supplies and assist with administrative projects.
  • Provide occasional administrative support to supervisors.
  • Perform ad hoc projects as needed to support office operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Welcome and direct guests in person and via telephone professionally.
  • Answer main line calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Notify employees of guest arrivals promptly.
  • Schedule conference rooms and coordinate messenger services.
  • Organize mailroom and copy rooms daily for efficiency.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail deliveries accurately.
  • Order office supplies and assist with administrative tasks as requested.
  • Provide administrative support to supervisors and perform ad hoc projects.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant administrative experience required.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor.
  • Keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications is essential.
  • Team player and self-starter attitude preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree is preferred but not mandatory.
