Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage docketing tasks across diverse case types, including civil, criminal, probate, and family law.
- Conduct research on court orders and local rules to determine calendarable dates accurately.

- Provide recommendations for improving calendaring procedures and software functionalities.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of litigation docketing experience; large law firm experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendaring software like CompuLaw Vision.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal court rules and legal terminology.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
