Job Description

Overview

  • Provide hands-on IT support to all organizational staff levels, ensuring seamless technology operations and exceptional service delivery.
  • Support hybrid cloud environments, focusing on Microsoft Azure, Outlook, and networking technologies.
  • Collaborate with MSPs to manage escalations and oversee IT infrastructure projects.
  • Maintain and optimize desktop support in a Windows-based environment, ensuring user satisfaction and system reliability.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure proper infrastructure and account access.
  • Procure and manage hardware and software resources to meet organizational needs.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment, fostering growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Deliver white-glove IT support to staff, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues.
  • Log and track user requests in a ticketing system, analyzing trends and delivery times.
  • Manage MSP interactions for desktop support, phone systems, printers, and cybersecurity projects.
  • Execute organized IT-related projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure secure connections to third-party cloud-based tools using SSO and other methods.
  • Support networking and server provisioning projects to enhance infrastructure capabilities.
  • Utilize Powershell scripting for automation and system management tasks.
  • Collaborate with vendors to procure and manage IT resources effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in desktop support within a Windows-based environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, O365 applications, and on-premises Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with networking, server provisioning, and cloud infrastructure management.
  • Experience with Powershell scripting for system automation.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint, SQL, and AWS is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage IT projects independently with minimal oversight.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
