Project Manager

Overview

• Manage and oversee architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to timelines.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and functional designs for client projects.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead project planning, design, and execution phases, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to integrate technical requirements seamlessly.
• Review and approve architectural plans, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and feasibility.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and progress updates.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in architectural project management; 10 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing complex projects, including technical delivery and team coordination.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Proficiency in architectural software and tools for design and project management.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
