Job Description

Overview

  • Collaborate on the development and launch of innovative electronic products, focusing on headlamps and signaling lamps.
  • Engage in cross-functional teamwork, including mechanical design, project management, and customer interactions.
  • Perform electronic board design, sample creation, and rigorous testing procedures.
  • Utilize specialized software tools for electronic development and schematic analysis.
  • Conduct measurements in laboratory settings and on assembly lines to ensure product quality.
  • Participate in validation phases, balancing office and on-site activities effectively.
  • Travel occasionally to customer and supplier locations for project discussions and inspections.
  • Work within a supportive team environment, fostering innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Design and develop PCB boards for advanced electronic products, ensuring functionality and reliability.
  • Collaborate with project teams to align product specifications and timelines with customer requirements.
  • Conduct testing and validation of electronic components, adhering to industry standards.
  • Create prototypes and samples for evaluation and refinement during development phases.
  • Interface with customers and suppliers to address technical queries and ensure project alignment.
  • Utilize Altium and other design tools for schematic creation and electronic board development.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and innovative solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables through effective planning and execution.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronic product development; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in PCB board design and schematic development using Altium software.
  • Experience in testing and validation of electronic components and systems.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to learning and collaboration.
  • Ability to work effectively in both office and laboratory environments.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer and supplier engagements.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in electronic product development.
