Job Description

Overview

  • Support recruitment efforts by coordinating candidate interviews and managing schedules in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment support.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in applicant tracking systems.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures during recruitment processes.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience by facilitating communication and addressing inquiries.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Contribute to recruitment strategy development and execution.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate interview schedules and logistics for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms and networks.
  • Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview details and follow-up processes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Support recruitment marketing initiatives to attract top talent.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required; relevant field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or staffing coordination.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with on-site and remote days.
  • COVID-19 vaccination or booster within the last two years required.
