Overview
- Support Open Enrollment processes and HR operations in a contract Benefits Manager role.
- Coordinate benefits administration tasks, including employee record maintenance and reporting.
- Provide liaison support between employees, HR, and benefits brokers.

- Ensure compliance with benefits administration processes and timelines.
- Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and documentation.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Open Enrollment processes and activities.
- Review and update employee benefits materials and communications.
- Organize Benefits Fair activities and employee information sessions.
- Generate and analyze enrollment data reports to ensure objectives are met.
- Administer Employee Navigator platform, including record maintenance and reporting.
- Provide support for employee benefit-related inquiries during enrollment periods.
- Collaborate with benefits brokers to validate system functionality and processes.
- Assist with HR communications and documentation during peak periods.
- Support HR operational initiatives and projects as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration or HR consulting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with Employee Navigator or similar benefits platforms preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and employee service abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with benefits brokers and vendors preferred.
- Knowledge of employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, and voluntary benefits.
