Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Grow existing vocational accounts by identifying opportunities within established relationships.
- Provide technical guidance and solutions tailored to vocational truck parts and repair operations.
- Build and maintain relationships with fleet managers and technicians to influence purchasing decisions.
- Execute account-specific growth plans to increase penetration across product categories.
- Deliver high-impact product demonstrations to prospective clients in the field.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in vocational truck parts sales or fleet maintenance.
- Proven success in managing and growing vocational accounts.
- Deep knowledge of heavy-duty truck parts and repair processes.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and ERP platforms.
- Ability to travel up to 75% and meet screening requirements.
- Preferred experience in vocational repair shops or fleet maintenance operations.
