Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Perform high-volume data validation tasks, achieving approximately 40 validations per hour.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of pharmacy-related information.
• Adhere to established protocols and standards for pharmacy operations.
• Support training initiatives during the initial onboarding period.
• Maintain effective communication with team members and healthcare professionals.
• Monitor and report on validation metrics to ensure operational efficiency.
• Participate in quality assurance activities to uphold service excellence.

Job Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy experience; 4 years preferred.
• Proficiency in data validation and pharmacy information systems.
• Ability to meet high-volume validation targets consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying shift schedules and training requirements.
