Overview

  • Contribute to architectural projects with a focus on hospitality, multi-family, and F&B programs.
  • Collaborate in a hybrid work environment, balancing on-site and remote tasks effectively.
  • Utilize Revit software for design and documentation processes, ensuring project accuracy and efficiency.
  • Apply knowledge of NYC Building Code and Zoning regulations to project development.
  • Work semi-independently, taking directives and managing tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Engage in Construction Documentation (CD) and Construction Administration (CA) phases.
  • Contribute to design processes, showcasing strong design abilities and creative problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop architectural designs and plans using Revit software for various project types.
  • Assist in the preparation of Construction Documentation and Administration tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met efficiently.
  • Conduct research and apply NYC Building Code and Zoning regulations.
  • Contribute to design discussions, providing innovative solutions and ideas.
  • Manage tasks independently while adhering to project timelines and directives.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of architectural experience, preferably in hospitality or multi-family projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit software for design and documentation processes.
  • Knowledge of NYC Building Code and Zoning regulations is highly preferred.
  • Experience in Construction Documentation (CD) and Construction Administration (CA) phases.
  • Strong design abilities and creative problem-solving skills.
