Job Description

Overview

  • Assist in managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
  • Support the development of project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress and costs.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Assist in resolving project-related issues and conflicts to maintain smooth operations.
  • Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards throughout project phases.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate project progress.
  • Monitor project budgets, identifying and addressing variances promptly.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage diverse project teams.
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems effectively.
  • Experience with budget management and cost control practices.
